MSXML 4 handle leak when using msxml:script elements

Looks like there's a handle leak in MSXML 4.0. To reproduce create an XSL
template that contains one script element such as:

<msxsl:script language="jscript" implements-prefix="MyPrefix"><![CDATA[
function Eval()
{
	return "hi";
}
]]>
	</msxsl:script>

Create an XML 4.0 DOM, load in the XSL. Create an XSLTemplate and assign the
stylesheet property to the DOM. If you run these steps in a loop and monitor
handle count for the process, you'll see the handle count continue to climb
until the process is ended.
