No, we're still on v1.0 for all practical purposes and not likely to change
any time soon. There is a v1.1 but the differences are not significant for
most people, and XML software is required to support both.

Martin has already given links to this. I always recommend that in addition
to whatever embedded parser comes in whatever GUI software you choose, 
everyone should have a standalone console validating parser such as onsgmls.
