on my lokal Windows 2003 SBS with deactivated advanced IE security it worked 
after setting 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet 
Settings\Zones\3\1601 (Dword value) = 0

Now on Windows 2003 as my webserver this did not help. The same "access 
denied" msxml4.dll Fehler "80070005' appears. 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Policies\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ 
Internet Settings\ Security_HKLM_only (DWord value) = 1 
does not exist on my system. 

Proxycfg did not help, I'm using no Proxy Server.

What can I do?
