Hi, given an html document that contains a single table (that's all)

How does one convert it to XML, Not just that it is valid or parseable
but that the first row of the table becomes the elements/attributes
for the next rows?

fname lname number
jill martin 0002
john milton 0004
joan miller 0007

Thanks.
