Found the problem!  

Sorry, it was not the XML.  Somehow the internet option for "check for newer 
versions of stored pages" (where you can get from Tools-General-Settings on 
IE) was set to "never".  I don't know why that happened but it seems like 
every time XML was activated, it accessed cache and never real web page.  
When that was set to "every visit", the problem was gone.

Hope I did not cause problem to anyone.
