Visually Design XML using word??

Hello,

I am looking for an application (MS Word?) that will allow me to visually
design XML pages
in a designer mode - similar to the way Dreamweaver MX 2004 allows the user
to switch back and forth between code view and design view.

I will also consider MS Word 2003, but I need to be able to preview SVGs and
some other
graphical formats with animation capabilities.

I also need to have the MSO tags removed from the document. I believe
Office 2000
had a HTML filter, but I have not found any yet for Office 2003.

I would like to have basic word processing ability - insert tables - drag
and drop and
more.

Is it possible to do this using MS Word 2003?

I have looked at several XML/Web Designer applications so far - but nothing
yet.

One more thing, can MS Word 2003 perform validation - ability to parse the
file
against pre-defined DTDs.

Any information on this is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

-T
