You would need a schema for XSLT 1.0 that makes use of xs:any to allow 
the literal result elements, googling shows some links for that

If you wanted to validate the XHTML as well then you would need a schema 
for that as well allowing the use of XSLT elements in XHTML content, a 
normal XHTML schema will not do.
