You seem to want IE to apply an XSL template to the xml file and display the
results of the transformation.
If that is the case, your xml file must contain a ProcessingInstruction at
the beginning that points to the XSLT:

<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="foo.xsl"?>
<MyXml>
....
<MyXml>
