Internet explorer stopped rendering my xml files! To: NULL Date: 2/3/2005 9:20:00 AM Hello, I ran into the strangest problem. My IE6 used to render any .XML file in a nice collapsible tree fashion using the default built-in XSL. Now, it will render nicely only the .XML files that have a standard XML header for example <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>. The .XML files without the header are now rendered as plain text only. This used to work though! I never have had to care about those headers in the past. What have I done? I was looking for a fast XML viewer (faster than IE which takes forever for large XML files) and installed "XML Viewer". As it did not match my expectation, I uninstalled it. And the desinstallation program must have break something (gd job, "XML Viewer"!!)... Anyone knows how I can setup IE back to render all .XML files even without XML headers? Thanks in advance for your help & suggestsions, SerGioGioGio PS: By the way, I am still looking for a fast & light XML Viewer much like IE but mush faster. | ||||||
