In a way, yes.  As I said, I have not seen those options, so I am not sure 
how complex is this. It sounded not that complex.  We develop a quite a bit 
of utilities for XML and related technologies.  So, we have that expertise. 
If you can show me those options to help me understand the complexity, I 
might other alternatives.
