Since it was not clear from the message, how sure are we that cdata section 
is cause of concern. Chances are that xpath may not be able to evaluate to a 
node within the context. Have you tried removing cdata section and putting 
plain text? If this has worked then it is easy to point that cdata section is 
at issue. In that event, would post more details - such as xml and xsl.
