The error message is <top><project nerd="Clinical Update"> A string literal was expected, but no opening quote character was found. On parsing the following xml <project nerd="Phoenix 2 Clinical Update"> • <step>The study is fully enrolled and awaiting the measurements at the 32 month point</step> note: I wrap the input string in <top>...</top> Is the parser error location correct, usually?
