RE: XML and "&" character...

Hi Jon R,

First of all, I would like to confirm my understanding of your issue. From
your description, I understand that you are getting an "&" if the input
string contains "&". If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to
let me know.

As '&' is a reserved character in Xml, it cannot be used in Xml. So if the
contents contains '&', the character will be encoded into "&". So
please don't worry about it. When reading from the .xml file, the encoded
"&" will be changed back to '&' automatically.

HTH. If anything is unclear, please feel free to reply to the post.
