I am parsing with .net 2.0 xmlreader. If the parser reads an
xmlnodetype.documenttype node, can the reader.hasattributes ever be
true? I want to know if I need to add code to iterate through the
attributes using MoveToNextAttribute. According to MSDN's definitions
of the various node types, it appears the DocumentType does not have
attributes, only Elements. But in reading some articles on
DocumentType, most state that it can contain attributes. My guess is
they really mean that the DTD can specify attributes of an Element,
rather than the DocumentType delaration actually having attributes. Is
my understanding correct?
