The Altova Customer Case Study Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins December 12, 2007. There is no purchase necessary to enter. Limit of one entry per person. Employees of Altova or anyone involved with the production of this giveaway and their families are ineligible.

Subject to the restrictions set forth herein, each of the above is open to residents of all countries except those where applicable US and/or EU law prohibits the export of software as well as countries where such Giveaways are prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to the restrictions herein, each person who submits a customer case study or case study idea via email to marketing@altova.com and then provides further assistance such as developing the case study and securing all necessary approvals (including use of logo or trademark as applicable) will be eligible to receive an Amazon.com gift certificate in the amount of two-hundred dollars ($200.00) provided that (i) his or her email and mailing address is included in the email and (ii) provided that Altova selects the case study or case study idea and (iii) is able to use the case study or case study idea (after receiving all approvals) and (iv) actually does use the case study or case study idea on its Web site and/or in other media, in which case the gift certificate will be mailed within thirty (30) business days.

By submitting the case study or case study idea for consideration or development, the submitting party represents that its submission does not violate any applicable law, do not infringe or violate any intellectual property right held by a third party and may be used for all purposes without obtaining permission from or making any payment to, any third party.
Decisions of Altova are final in all instances. All participants in the Giveaway as well agree to be bound by the rules and decision of Altova. Recipients accept responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with receiving the Amazon.com gift certificate. By entering, participant(s) releases Altova and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the case study or case study idea and consents to the use of their name and case study or case study idea on the Altova Web site and/or Newsletter, and use of their name and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes and that of their company without additional compensation.
