Topic: eBay WSDL Error

Hi Bjoern-

Altova recently noticed a problem in the eBay WSDL when we tried to create an example SOAP request for it in XMLSpy. We have been in contact with eBay regarding the issue, but don't have a resolution yet.

Topic: printing UML diagram
Posted: Thursday, February 16, 2006 1:55:52 AM
Hello Ramu-

As an alternative to printing your diagram directly, you can Copy As Bitmap from the Edit menu or Save Diagram As Image from the File menu.

Either way, you can paste the image into Word or nearly any other documentation application. Depending on which application you use, you should be able to adjust the size.

If your diagram is very large, you may want to select smaller portions and choose the Edit / Copy Selection as Bitmap menu choice to print on multiple pages.

Topic: Diagram Footer
Posted: Wednesday, February 15, 2006 3:39:42 PM
Hi Roger-

It's true you can't remove the footer if you print a diagram from the UModel Print menu. However, as an alternative you can Copy As Bitmap from the Edit menu or Save Diagram As Image from the File menu.

Either way, the footer is not included and you can paste the image into Word or nearly any other documentation application. You can even touch up the image in Paint or another image editing program if you want.

dgm

Please note that the Altova User Forum was launched so that our users have the possibility to interact and exchange their experiences regarding Altova's product line with one another. It must be pointed out that our support engineers and software engineers regularly post answers to questions in the user forum as an extra service, however this is not a replacement for the regular support mechanism and we cannot in anyway guarantee that a question will be answered or give a specific timeframe for an answer. The user forum was not intended to replace the online support form, but was implemented as an additional source of information after repeated requests for a user based forum in which users can help one another.
