I had this issue too and then I realized you have to use a user who exists in the actual operating system (i.e. Window, Linux, etc), not the FlowForce Server, e.g. your own personal username and password. If your company uses a domain, enter your username as: username@domain (i.e. john_doe@unknown.com) http://manual.altova.com/FlowForceServer/index.html?fs_storing_credentials.htm
