Topic: Need help parsing a file
Posted: Monday, June 22, 2015 6:28:13 PM
I have attached a simple example of a text file that I am trying to parse with FlexText. The sample file has 3 records in it, separated by "~EFOOT".
I would like to pull the bank name, address, city, state, zip, date, telephone number and customer info from each record, putting each into separate fields that can be mapped to a XML schema. Can someone show me how this is done in FlexText?
