problem with validating from xsd an xml file Options · View

I'm far from an xml wizard (obviously) and am having trouble getting my xsd to validate my xml. I'm also new to xmlspy.

I loaded the xml file (attached along with xsd) into xmlspy, then said assign the xsd. I get the error below.

No idea where to go next. any thoughts?


Unable to locate a reference to a supported schema type (DTD, W3C Schema) within this document instance.

Something is wrong with your XSD attachment - try to attach again.
