Hi,

Im a newly hatched noob regarding the hole Mapforce / Flowforce integration, so bear with me.

I have created a mapping "StepOutput" in Mapforce witch takes 1 input "insertCount" with the data type integer.

The mapping are then deployed to our Flowforce server, but when i open it to create a new job, the Function Input Parameters stats that the "insertCount" is of type string!!!!

Anyway, when i execute the job and pass an integer parameter to the mapping the log outputs the following:

- StepOutput.job failed with error: could not convert string to float

What am i doing wrong here???

Best regards

Jabo

Are you sure you've done exactly what you wrote? I tried to replicate it, and the input parameter shows up as integer in FlowForce Server, as expected.

What confused me, was the fact that the function input parameter for insertCount said: Type: string
