How to reload an excel spreadsheet after changes

I have a spreadsheet that I have created connections to an XML schema and I've changed the spreadsheet. How do I get MapForce to reload the spreadsheet with those changes? I have added new columns to existing worksheets as well as adding new worksheets. Must I delete the spreadsheet from the project and start all over again? I am using MapForce enterprise edition 2014 release 2.

You can always modify columns by clicking the "Select Range of Cells" button and either reloading then or manually extending the list
