Hi all

I'm new to XML schemas etc. and could not find the answer online so far.

The goal is to create an xsd file out of the following examle, to read the different fields as own 'element'(?).

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1252"?>
<files>
            <file type="lcmContract" id="XYZ_fi20100000000123">
                        <title>[SERA] PAK ABCDFG 2010 (12327)</title>
                        <field name="lcmHasNote">_image=custom/crm123.gif</field>
                        <field name="lcmSubject">oiud lkjsldkjf 2010</field>
                        <field name="lcmHasContract">1</field>
                        <field name="lcmId">XYZ_fi20100000000123</field>
                        <document register="lcmDocuments">XYZ_fi20100000000123\lcmDocuments\PAK ertewrtw.pdf</document>
            </file>
</files>

What is your actual question? Did you try to simply generate XML Schema with XMLSpy?
