hi,

I want to develop a user form (interface) for entering data to an XBRL document instance based on an XBRL taxonomy.

What software I have to use?

If you want to be the most flexible, you should use Altova MobileTogether to design your form based on XML (not XBRL). By using MobileTogether you can run your form in Browser, but also on Android/iOS/Windows phones or tablets. You then take the entered XML data and convert it to XBRL with MapForce.
